Services

Web platforms and SaaS that run a business.

We build customer portals, internal tools and multi-tenant SaaS, with sign-in, roles, Stripe billing and the admin to run them. A typed API contract connects the front end and the back end, and tests and accessibility checks run on every change.

When it fits

  • An MVP that has to hold up once real customers sign in.
  • A portal or internal tool your team works in every day.
  • A SaaS that needs accounts, plans and invoices.
  • Spreadsheets and email threads that should be one system.

What you get

  • The web app and its API, with an OpenAPI contract
  • Sign-in, roles and an audit log
  • Billing with Stripe
  • An admin with the numbers that matter
  • Tests and accessibility checks in CI

How we build it

How we work
  1. 01

    Spec and data model

Users, roles, the main flows and the data behind them, approved before the build.

  2. 02

    Contract-first API

The OpenAPI contract generates the typed client, and CI fails if the two drift apart.

  3. 03

    Accounts, roles and billing

Sign-in, permissions, an audit log and Stripe subscriptions or invoices, built in from the first release.

  4. 04

    Prove and deploy

Tests and accessibility checks on every change, then a deploy to a cloud account in your name.

FAQ

Can you build an MVP for a fixed price?

Yes. A Product Sprint turns the idea into a spec, a prototype and a priced plan. The Build then has a fixed price for each milestone.

Where will it be hosted?

On a cloud account in your name, such as Google Cloud, AWS or Vercel. Hosting is billed to you directly, so you own it from day one.

Can you add payments?

Yes. We build Stripe subscriptions, invoices and webhooks, with admin views that show what was billed and what failed.

Can you work on an existing codebase?

Yes. We start with a short review, write down what we find, and continue through a Build or a Retainer.

How to keep your app's billing in step with Stripe.

Stripe decides what was paid. Your app keeps a copy, and the copy drifts unless something keeps it honest. This is how this site's billing does it, and how to check payouts against the payments inside them.

How to scope an MVP in one page.

Before you ask anyone for a price, write one page. It doesn't need to be technical. It needs to say who the product is for, the one job it does, and what it won't do yet. Here is the template we start from, with an example.

Fixed-price MVP: what a $5,000 Product Sprint includes.

A Product Sprint turns an idea into a written spec, a prototype and a plan with a fixed price for each milestone. It costs $5,000, paid up front, and it's credited in full to a Build that starts within 60 days.
