Refund Policy

This policy covers our development services: Product Sprints, builds, AI agents and retainers, as described on the pricing page. Subscriptions to our own products, such as mobile or web apps, follow the terms of each product.

• Before it starts: cancel before the kickoff and we refund the full price.
• Once it has started: the price isn't refundable, and you keep everything we have produced up to that point.

• What it is: builds and AI agents start with a deposit of 30% of the proposal's price, paid when you accept the proposal. It is credited against the milestones.
• Before work starts: cancel and we refund the whole deposit.
• After work starts: the deposit pays for the work done up to the day you cancel, valued in proportion to the milestone in progress. If that is less than the deposit, we refund the difference.

Each milestone is invoiced when we deliver it. If it doesn't meet the acceptance criteria in the proposal, tell us within the review period and we fix it at no extra cost.

If we can't make a milestone meet its criteria, we refund what you paid for that milestone. Milestones you have accepted are not refundable.

Retainers are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time by email; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid, which isn't refunded, and nothing more is billed after it.

You can cancel a project at any time by writing to us. You pay for accepted milestones and for the work done on the milestone in progress, as above, and we hand over everything you have paid for: the code, the documents and access to any accounts we set up for you.

Write to hello@farcholabs.com with the invoice number. We confirm the amount within 5 business days and send the refund through Stripe to the original payment method within 10 business days of confirming it. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
