Refund Policy

1. Overview
All subscription payments for FARCHO-LABS applications — DebtKiller, ShineTrack, Momentum, FunnelForge, TT Lossbeater, and Job Matcher — are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our authorized Merchant of Record. As MoR, Paddle handles all payment processing, tax compliance, and billing on our behalf.
We stand behind our products and want every user to have a positive experience. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our commitments regarding refunds and cancellations.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All new paid subscriptions include a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with our Services within the first 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, you are entitled to a full refund.
This guarantee applies to:
- First-time monthly subscription purchases (Plus and Pro tiers).
- First-time annual subscription purchases.
- Any FARCHO-LABS product subscribed to through our web platform.
This guarantee applies once per product per customer. It does not apply to renewals or resubscriptions after a previous cancellation.
To request a refund under this guarantee, contact us at support@farcholabs.com within the 14-day window with your account email and subscription details. We will process your request within 5 business days.
3. Renewals and Subscriptions After the 14-Day Period
After the 14-day guarantee period has passed:
- Monthly subscriptions: No refunds are issued for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time and will retain access to paid features until the end of the period already paid for.
- Annual subscriptions: We evaluate prorated refund requests for the unused portion of your annual term on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@farcholabs.com to discuss your situation. Approval is at our discretion.
- Renewal charges: If you were charged for a renewal and contact us within 48 hours of the charge, we will consider a refund exception on a goodwill basis. We recommend setting a cancellation reminder before your renewal date.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through any of the following methods:
- Your account settings within the app or web platform.
- The Paddle customer portal (link provided in your purchase confirmation email) at paddle.net.
- Contacting us directly at support@farcholabs.com.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to your paid features until that date. After the period ends, your account automatically reverts to the Free tier where available, with no data loss.
We do not charge cancellation fees.
5. Free Trials
If you are on a free trial and cancel before the trial period ends, you will not be charged. No refund request is necessary as no payment has been collected.
If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to the applicable paid plan and you will be charged accordingly. Trial-to-paid conversions are subject to the standard 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of first charge.
6. App Store Purchases
If you purchased a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your purchase is governed by the respective store's refund policy. FARCHO-LABS does not have the ability to issue refunds for in-app purchases made through Apple or Google. Please contact:

7. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
- Requests made after the 14-day guarantee period for monthly subscriptions (unless goodwill exceptions apply).
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated predictions, recommendations, or insights — AI features are provided on an informational basis as clearly stated in our Terms of Service.
- Failure to use the Services during an active subscription period.
- Currency fluctuations or exchange rate differences.
- Partial billing periods.
8. Chargebacks and Disputes
We encourage you to contact us at support@farcholabs.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly. Initiating an unjustified chargeback may result in suspension of your account and may incur additional fees imposed by Paddle.
If you have a legitimate billing dispute, we are committed to resolving it fairly and promptly.
9. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and returned to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment method and financial institution:
- Credit/debit cards: 5–10 business days.
- PayPal: 3–5 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email from Paddle once your refund has been processed.
10. How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@farcholabs.com with the following information:
- Your account email address.
- The application name (e.g., TT Lossbeater Plus).
- Your subscription plan and billing period.
- The reason for your refund request.
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5 business days.
11. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. The updated policy will always be available at farcholabs.com/refund.
